1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, including a 1-day buffer to verify shipping addresses and resolve any issues before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Time:
After shipment, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.
2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy
Free Global Shipping on orders over $17.99 USD.
Orders below that threshold will be charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your destination.

3. Shipping Methods
We work with a network of trusted international carriers including:

The carrier is selected automatically for the fastest and most reliable delivery route.
4. Shipping Regions & Special Delivery Notes
We ship to most countries worldwide, but please note the following:
Customs Fees & Taxes:
Some countries — including Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia, South Africa, Chile, Mexico, and others — may charge import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. These are not included in your Fuumuui payment and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Self-Pickup Locations (Not Home Delivery):
For the following regions, packages may be delivered to a local pickup point, not directly to your door:
Russia,Israel,Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia,Iceland, Norway
Customers will be notified via SMS, email, or app/WeChat when the parcel is ready for pickup. The pickup point will hold your package free of charge for 7 calendar days.
