Fuumuui Art Club: Membership & Rewards Policy
Welcome to the Fuumuui Art Club! This is our way of saying "Thank You" for supporting our brand and being part of our creative community. The more you create and share, the more rewards you earn.
Please read the following rules and regulations regarding our membership program.
1. Membership & Eligibility
- Join for Free: Membership is 100% free. No purchase is necessary to join.
- Automatic Enrollment: By creating a customer account on the Fuumuui official store, you are automatically enrolled in the Art Club as a Sketcher.
- One Account: Membership is limited to one account per individual. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
2. Earning Points
There are multiple ways to earn points to fuel your art journey:
- Standard Spending: Earn points for every $1 spent on eligible products (excluding shipping, taxes, pay the price difference and gift cards).Base Rate: 2 Points per $1.Multiplier: Higher tiers earn points faster (up to 5x multipliers).
- Welcome Bonus: Earn points instantly when you create an account.
- Social Actions: Earn points for following us on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube (one-time reward per platform).
- Birthday Gift: Enter your birthday to receive a special point bonus.Note: Birthday information cannot be changed once submitted to prevent fraud.
- Referral Program: Refer a friend using your unique link. You earn points only after your friend completes their first purchase.
3. VIP Tiers & Benefits
Your VIP Tier is determined by your Total Lifetime Points Earned (not your current point balance). Even if you spend your points on rewards, your progress toward the next tier does not decrease.
Tier Validity:
- Once you upgrade to a higher tier, you keep that status for the remainder of the current calendar year PLUS the full following calendar year.
- Downgrade Policy: At the end of the validity period (Jan 1st), if you have not earned enough points to maintain your status, your tier may be adjusted downward by one level.
4. Redeeming Rewards
Points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards in the "Ways to Redeem" section of your dashboard.
- Cash Coupons: Exchange points for fixed-amount discounts (e.g., $10 Off, $25 Off).
- Free Products: Exchange points for specific physical art supplies (Free Gifts).Note: When redeeming a Free Product, you must add the specific item to your cart before applying the code.
- Usage:Rewards are issued as unique discount codes.Only one discount code can be used per order (Shopify system limitation).Reward codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers or sales.
5. Point Expiration
- Annual Reset: To keep the program active and fair, unused spendable points expire on December 31st of each year.
- Note: Point expiration affects your "Available Balance" but does not affect your "Total Lifetime Points" or your VIP Tier status.
6. Referral Program
- Share the Love: You can find your unique referral link in the loyalty widget.
- The Reward: Your friend gets a discount on their first order, and you receive bonus points once their purchase is confirmed.
- New Customers Only: Referral rewards are only valid for new customers who have not previously shopped with Fuumuui. Self-referrals are flagged and will result in the removal of points.
7. General Conditions
- Refunds: If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If the return brings your balance below zero, future earnings will apply to the negative balance first.
- Modifications: Fuumuui reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Art Club program or specific rewards at any time without prior notice.
- Abuse: Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the rewards program (including creating multiple accounts) will result in the immediate forfeiture of all points and account suspension.
