1. Auftragsbearbeitung & Lieferzeit
Auftragsbearbeitungszeit:
Bestellungen werden in der Regel innerhalb von 2–4 Werktagen bearbeitet, einschließlich eines 1-tägigen Puffers, um Versandadressen zu überprüfen und eventuelle Probleme vor dem Versand zu beheben.

1. Return Policy
We accept return requests for most unused items under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
Items must be kept in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact.
Please contact our customer service via email (roar@fuumuui.com) before returning any item. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
For returns not due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
If returned items are damaged or missing parts, Fuumuui reserves the right to deduct a portion of the refund.
2. Exchange Policy
If you receive any of the following issues, we will provide a free replacement or resend:
- Wrong item or model sent;
- Products with obvious damage or severe defects;
- Missing accessories or parts;
- Severe packaging damage caused during shipping.
Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt, providing:
- Your order number;
- Clear photos or videos of the problematic product;
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or resend after confirmation. If the item is out of stock, we can offer a refund of equal value or suggest an alternative exchange.
3. Refund Policy
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at roar@fuumuui.com to process this.
We recommend submitting refund requests within 12 hours of placing your order so we can verify the shipping status.
What if the order has already shipped?
Once the order is packed or shipped, the system cannot intercept it and pre-shipment refund requests will no longer apply.
If you still wish to return the item after receiving it, you may request a “return and refund” in accordance with our return policy. We will assist you accordingly.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
If the return is not approved (e.g., used, damaged items or beyond the return period), we will inform you via email and no refund will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items
To protect product quality and other customers’ interests, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that show obvious signs of use;
- Requests made after the return period (e.g., after 30 days);
- Subjective dissatisfaction without valid reason;
- Items returned without prior contact or authorization from customer service.

When animal hair is used in selected brush products, it is sourced exclusively from legally compliant suppliers. The hair is obtained as a by-product of routine agricultural or livestock management practices, and no animals are harmed or killed solely for the purpose of brush production.
We require our suppliers to comply with applicable animal welfare regulations and industry standards, and we do not support practices involving endangered species or illegal wildlife trade.
