You may cancel your order or make any changes within one hour of placing your order. You can contact customer service directly via confirmation email to make changes for you. We will ship your order as soon as possible, you will receive a shipment confirmation email when we ship your order, after receiving the email the package shipping time usually takes 10-15 days. We ship to all 50 US states, EU, UK, Canada and Australia.
Please note that a shipping label is generated during the fulfillment of your order, however, the tracking number will only be updated once the carrier has actually picked up your package and shipped it.
